These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ab Parking System ("APS") services, including parking payment, parking sessions, citations, and related customer services.
Parking Services
Parking availability, rates, time limits, taxes, fees, operating rules, and enforcement requirements may vary by parking facility. Customers are responsible for reviewing the information displayed for the selected facility and entering accurate vehicle and transaction information.
Payments
Parking and citation payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor. Applicable parking charges, taxes, fees, and other amounts will be displayed as part of the transaction.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: Ab Parking System Transactional SMS
Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive transactional SMS messages from Ab Parking System concerning their parking activity. Messages may include parking payment confirmations, parking-session confirmations, expiration information, and other transactional parking-related notifications.
Ab Parking System does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing parking or using Ab Parking System services.
Message frequency varies depending on your parking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you opt out, you will no longer receive messages through this SMS program unless you later opt in again.
For assistance, reply HELP. You may also use the customer support information provided on the Ab Parking System website.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct license plate, facility, parking duration, and other information required for a transaction. Completing a payment does not authorize parking beyond the purchased session or override posted facility restrictions.
Enforcement
Vehicles may remain subject to parking rules and enforcement requirements established for the applicable parking facility. Payment for parking does not excuse violations of posted parking restrictions or other applicable rules.
Availability of Services
We work to maintain reliable access to Ab Parking System services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Services may occasionally be affected by network availability, payment processors, mobile carriers, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
Ab Parking System may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
